Get old sessions data #354

I am trying to get all sessions that were opened by districts since May 1 using the public API. However, the data for most places do not seem to match actual ground reality - e.g. While the API shows no sessions/centers for a particular date and region, people (18+) have reported having received vaccinations at certain hospitals.

P.S. Those hospitals show up in the most recent weeks in the list of vaccination centers.

Those slots were not available on CoWin. Those were for walk-in vaccination.

But wasn't walk-ins banned for 18+ folks? e.g. Mumbai, May 1 https://twitter.com/mybmc/status/1388203049282203658

The data doesn't seem to show any of these 5 centers. https://cdn-api.co-vin.in/api/v2/appointment/sessions/public/calendarByDistrict?district_id=395&date=01-05-2021

Walkin is restricted locally. Not on the website. Few people are telling they are above 45 and entering the centre and getting vaccinated
