Reuqest to Add function to update vaccination status and generate certificate for past dates #359

Hello Team,

I got my 1st dose of covishield on 12th May and vaccination center didn't updated status to vaccinated. As a result, I am vaccinated but Cowing portal has my status as non vaccinated.

Vaccination center mentioned that now they can't update it and no certificate would be generated as there are no vaccination slots for 18-45 age group and don't know when these slots will be open. And whenever slots are available on X date, status will be updated and certificate will have the X date and my 2nd dose will be automatically delayed by 100+ days.

Now problem here is that Cowin server doesn't have facility to pull the appointment data from 12th may and update the vaccination status and generate certificate for citizen. Please add this functionality which will be very useful in case of missed updates from vaccination centers.

I also faced the same issue and hence didn't get my vaccination certificate. Request to add this feature
