Receiving 403 Forbidden error #436

I have tried calling the /v2/appointment/sessions/public/findByPin api from salesforce .

The cowin api blocks any request originating outside of India

I am using it From India still i am getting 403 Forbidden. Is it because the Salesforce Cloud servers are outside India?
