i have received approval email from partner-cowin but no api key provided for protected api access. how to get that?

You have received approval for what? Testing or Production? If its for testing you can use this. API Key - 3sjOr2rmM52GzhpMHjDEE1kpQeRxwFDr4YcBEimi

i am already working on sandbox.. i want for production.. what is the procedure for getting same,
