API Error: ERROR: The request could not be satisfied #502

I am getting issues while accessing the Sandbox API.

When I am trying to access it from API Setu URL, getting TypeError: Failed to fetch error.

and while accessing from Postman or other REST clients, we are getting 403 Forbidden error resulting into 'ERROR: The request could not be satisfied'.

Our servers are in India. How can we access the APIs?
