I had received final production key via email conversation with partners@cowin.gov.in and also have completed all functionalities of the app. I was pushing the app on Apple App Store, my app has been rejected 3 times because they are not receiving OTP as they are using U.S.(United states) IP address and Mobile number. Currently the App is working for Indian IP Address Only.
Also I had a call with Apple Review team, they tried app testing with my personal mobile number (Indian number) from U.S, they made request for OTP 3 times and here (In India) I did not receive OTP at all.
Kindly give a solution how can I publish an iOS App as Apple Store Testing Team has U.S IP address.
Also please let me know how they can use their mobile number rather than Indian mobile number.
