PP extension icon counter doesn't reset when switching to sites without tracking #135

Summary: The extension icon counter shows the last website count, when switching tabs in the browser. Upon viewing the status of what was blocked, shows 'Nothing to do'.

Tabs are set on the left using Vivaldi's settings.
