Summary

WIP new menu bar
Styling also still WIP
Has a mobile mode
Will be shared between different CoW domains and thus needs to be flexible and modular and support different content
Where we have Button 1 and Button 2, we should be able to load React components like the connect wallet/account, network selector etc.
The new MenuBar and Logo component live in the global libs folder. Cosmos not supported.
