Toggle recipient is auto-switched OFF when switch off Expert mode toggle #645

  1. Open Swap form
  2. Open settings
  3. Make sure that toggles recipient and expert mode are switched off
  4. Switch on Toggle recipient
  5. Switch on Expert mode toggle
  6. Then switch off c

AR: Toggle recipient is auto-switched OFF

ER: Toggle recipient is switched ON (should be independent from the Expert mode toggle in terms of switching OFF).

Note: the Toggle recipient becomes disabled when Expert mode toggle is ON (and this behavior should remain)
