47% of all negative appzi feedback this year has been about execution speed (93 feedback items). In order to increase customer satisfaction we should identify and tackle items that prevent users from getting a speedy execution.
Time to happy moo is a service level indicate (SLI) that has been established to visualise and alert about slow execution times.
While the metric is still not 100% accurate, we should use this as a starting point to improve our performance.
Acceptance Criteria
Have 90% of all "reasonable" orders (placed through our UI without changing slippage tolerance) settled within 50s
