Convert cowsay-www website to Markdown/Jekyll or the like #61

Gosh I hate working with raw HTML these days. And the https://github.com/cowsay-org/cowsay-www/ website is mostly raw HTML even though it's hosted on GitHub Pages.

Convert it to Markdown/Jekyll. (Or similar.)
