Dear MQ team,

Looking at the updates information in the CHANGELOG.txt from the last 4 MQ updates since I wrote (see below), I still don't see any notes on addition of intensities in the crosslinkMsms.txt output file. Was it added without adding a note in the CHANGELOG.txt? If not, when can we expect the XL-MS intensity output to be added?

Dear MQ team, it would be extremely useful to be able to have intensities reported in the crosslinkMsms.txt output for cross-linking quantification. Is it something that users could expect to be done relatively quickly?

Dear Mr. Trahan, We are in the process of finalizing new output tables for crosslinking, which will include intensities. We expect more robust results with the support of crosslinking DIA, which is currently underway.
