In the case where an image is deleted on WP, and there are no descriptions for that corresponding resource, the WP plugin should issue a delete to Coyote, because no information or description work is lost at that point.
In the case where there are descriptions associated with that corresponding resource, Coyote should send an email to admins/owners saying something like.
The following resource was requested to be deleted but it has descriptions associated with it.
