I resolved the naming issue with the MPLUS 1 Code static instances (issue was in build script). When testing the new build script I noted that there appeared to be an issue with the ellipsis interpolation as well in the Code glyphs file. So I fixed that, and rebuilt the MPLUS 1 Code and MPLUS Latin variable fonts.
Version strings were bumped for the affected files.
