Easier question flow generation #56

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Question flows are currently hard-coded in the app, i.e., to change or add a question flow one needs to modify a json file, add icons, and re-build the app.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice if new question flows could be added by providing a URL or token to a user input in the app, or similar.
