Try to send data to database when Cozie is first opened on the watch #68

The SendDataDatabase function is currently triggered only after a user completes a full survey. We could trigger it when the app is shown to the participant and simply check if there are messages stored in the memory. If that is the case we can then send those messages to Influx.

This is solved in Cozie v3.
