If you mean using bits & pieces of the codebase to add to your own site (in the nature of open source), theoretically sure - or if you intend to make your own site based on a similar idea and are looking for inspiration, again theoretically sure.

If you mean just hosting this codebase elsewhere, we'd rather you not in an effort to be respectful to those who have put time into this project, not to mention that this codebase likely will have significant issues running outside of https://secrethitler.io.
