Make Game Notes Persistent #1959

Describe the feature you'd like

As it stands now, the Game Notes are not persistently stored, so page refreshes wipe them. Would be cool to have them stored in the browser so that they stick around.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Sometimes I need to refresh the page and it wipes my notes >:(

This seems reasonable, off the top of my head I don't see why not. If you want to work on it, go ahead :D
