Sorry I can't accept that PR. It breaks parameter management. I spent a lot of time fixing it. If you want to use buildAction method in a plugin you can call it directly from the Cozy Light object.

Sorry again but there are too many modifications in a single PR. To make reviewing simpler, you should split your PR for each things you want to fix or change. That would make discussion easier. Adding comments to your PR would help a lot too.
