[RWD] Create Event and Edit Event are missing on the List view #232

Since a "delete" link is displayed, allowing user to interact with the calendar withour having to use a calDAV client, both "add" and "edit" link should be available on RWD version.

Mobile config used : Galaxy S5, Android 4.4.2, Dolphin Browser. Cozy config used : Data System: 1.0.27 Proxy: 1.0.13 Home: 1.0.40 Calendar - 1.0.12 Controller: 2.0.19

We did that by choice. We didn't have enough time to make the event modal responsive and we think most people sync their calendar. Whatever it would be nice to enable write and edition on mobile too.
