Issues with recurring events #583

There are multiple bugs related to recurring events. I gathered them here so it's easier to track.

the date of an occurrence of the serie is wrong (https://github.com/cozy/cozy-calendar/issues/403)
error while setting time of recurring event (https://github.com/cozy/cozy-calendar/issues/457 and https://github.com/cozy/cozy-calendar/issues/607)
wrong end date of recurring event (https://github.com/cozy/cozy-calendar/issues/545)

An issue related to timezones:

wrong timezone of recurring events (https://github.com/cozy/cozy-calendar/issues/433 and https://github.com/cozy/cozy-calendar/issues/602)
