Add a merge all feature

Suggested on the forum. A user has a lot of duplicate contacts that he would like to quickly merge:

If first name and last name is the same, simply merge. If first name and last name are reverted, display a radio button (instead of checkbox) to quickly choose the one to keep. If there are more differences, display a radio button choice (potentially on 3+ items) to quickly choose the one to keep.

+1 I've re-imported my contacts and have now nearly all contacts duplicated... Merging them requires as much click as contacts...
