import contact via CSV format ! #316

Right now only import in vcf format can be done ! Would be great to have a CSV option

Please note that this is the old, deprecated contact application, for the previous version of Cozy, that we don't maintain anymore.

The work on the contact application for the soon to come Cozy V3 has not began yet.
