Fixed: the public name emptiness condition was wrong #141

If the public name was not set, the sending address was "-noreply@domain.tld", resulting in a "bad sender address" error from postfix.

Please, can the reviewer try to merge the PR by hand? I don't have anything to pull nor to rebase, so I really don't know why the PR can't be merged automatically :-/
