Forcing the stack's start order #14

In some cases (doesn't depend on the distro), the script will start the home before the data-system, preventing it from creating the doctypes needed in the execution of cozy-get-instance-param.py (this usually causes the installation to fail).

@nledez What do you think about this change? Currently this order is handled by the Controller. It's weird it happens cc @poupotte.

I plan to merge it in next package version. But I would like to test how application can work if app already running. Debian post-install is launch at each upgrade.
