Expose mailcatcher to the outside world #78

All is in the title: I'd like to be able to send emails from the dev vm, please :)

So I've seen that there's an instance of mailcatcher running, which is nice! But the mailcatcher web server doesn't seem to be exposed in the Vagrantfile. Changing the issue's title.

Alright, happening in https://github.com/cozy/cozy-setup/pull/155, where the Vagrant file is actually located.
