This documentation shows how to give a functional description of a document stored in io.cozy.files using metadata. The page will be linked in the io.cozy.files documentation page.

It was waiting for our discussions about time and date. I still want to have a review of the solution I have in mind with you or Patrick, but let's say it will not change the root of this PR

@nono i added a link to readme. @edas can we merge it ? or do you prefer to change datetime example by something more compliant with recente date debate ? (we can apply the 'do not create a time if you have only a date' aka remove all 00:00:00Z in examples, but some files could have a specific time, like photos)
