[Refactor] Rebuild markups and layout for components #818

This PR provides static markups for layouts, styles, components split and more. It serves as a reference for an easy integration in react components' render method.

[x] Create static markups
[ ] Isolate components (containers and dumb)
[ ] Flexbox CSS layouts
[ ] Box positionning
[ ] Styles
[ ] Icons
[ ] Ui integration

It serves as a document reference, do not merge at this time.

Too much PR open for the end of the sprint. Please merge or close them on monday.

@frankrousseau I think we shouldn't close this one: it serves as a reference for upcoming markups in components. If it disagree to you, maybe we could find another workflow to keep this long-run work as reference?

Closing as it is in waiting for @kelukelu mockups to stabilize markups. Will be re-opened later.
