Move Router dispatch to uniq ROUTE_CHANGE

This PR clean routing and actionsCreators.

• [x] Clean dispatcher
• [x] Use a single ROUTE_CHANGE event on URL updates
• [x] Redirect root URL to first account's INBOX
• Clean ActionsCreators
