This PR fixed several things about icons:

Icons from status page now has the same look than home page when the app state is broken or installing.
Icons from app that are not listed in the market place are properly loaded.
Default icon is no more displayed after an installation if an icon is properly set.
Market application loads only their icon from the local folder.

This PR still needs some work. On the server side, tests for application and icon helpers are required.

I close it because it's opened on the wrong branch (master instead of development).
