We should add a wizard in the application store to help users without any technical knowledge to host a static Website:

ask the URL of the repository;
ask website name;
generate the package.json file and explain where to put it;
install the website as soon as the manifest is in the repo (also checking the manifest format and providing useful informations).

Also see: https://github.com/cozy/cozy-dev/issues/81. Having the feature in both place seems a good idea to me: for devs and for non-devs people.
