Add this field in VEvent (and then stored in database) , which value is a timestamp.

Lightning rely on it to stop displaying reminders. Fix cozy-calendar#137 .

Fix misspelled LAST-MOD --> LAST-MODIFIED .

When cozy-ical will be updated, cozy-sync will be updated too.
