cozy-intent : seems to need a build of cozy-device-helper #1591

cozy-intent semble être dépendant de cozy-device-helper, ce qui pose problème au build lerna. On a modifié en buildant cozy-intent en premier cf https://github.com/cozy/cozy-libs/pull/1582 à voir si c'est bien normal ?

This is because cozy-intent relies on getting type definitions from cozy-device-helper. If cozy-device-helper isn't built, the import will indeed fail. I'm going to think about a non-specific solution.
