feat: Add web extension permissions

We need to add new permissions to web extension oauth token to support mespapiers features. We decided to now use the manifest permissions from cozy-pass-web for every cozy-pass app (web, browser, mobile).

What did I do :

• Add missing permissions from here https://github.com/cozy/cozy-stack/blob/master/model/bitwarden/oauth.go#L19
• Add missing permissions for mespapiers features (GET io.cozy.files DELETE io.cozy.files)
