Black thumbnail and invalid photo when uploading images #162

See this cozy.

There are a number of normal thumbnails, and a number of thumbnails that are black, near the bottom.

When I click the black thumbnail, I see a white cross that indicates an error.

I've been able to repro this the three times I've tried, let me know if I can dig out some logs or the like.

Thanks for reporting @padenot, and sorry for forgetting to answer you. We know the generation of thumbnails take a long time and sometime fails, but haven't found time yet to investigate. Next time you it this error, could you send us the error logs of the photo application? (/usr/local/var/log/cozy/photos-err.log). Thanks!
