App submission: The Lounge #20

Hi, as discussed here, I forked The Lounge and adapted it to Cozy Cloud.

The app seems to work fine for most people, including updates (despite no answers on the forum). If you want to kep using the same icon — which is the "official" one — there is a svg version here.

Thank you @y-lohse, that's awesome. Description should be a translation key. Can you change it? "thelounge description" will do the job.

By the way, we should probably remove Shout too.

Ah of course, that makes sense. I added a commit.

And yes, I guess this makes Shout obsolete, but I let you guys decide what you want to do with it :-)
