Update to latest Lucille snapshot #39

Note: this builds on top of https://github.com/cozydev-pink/protosearch/pull/38

Upgrades to the latest Lucille with mapLastTerm as published from https://github.com/cozydev-pink/lucille/pull/32

Does all the Query rename refactoring, and adds support for the new MultiQuery
Switches to JDK11 as Lucille uses JDK11 (so does textmogrify, btw)
Simplifies LastTermRewrite using the new mapLastTerm
