TCP Reconnection start #22

Made a simple reconnection, sometimes it gives some random errors but works (better than restart HA to make it work again)

How long does it take to review 30 lines of code? If you have not planned to do it in the first place, then just tell it as it is, add link to fork that has better version so people can go and use the fixed repo. But replying that you will review after your own repo is dead for 2 years with no updates is just a straight up lie.
