Modes and States can be mixed on T4C

Due to instanceof implementations instead of interfaces, Mode and States diagrams can mix States and Modes on T4C which is not the case on Capella.

UC:

• Create a MSM diagram on SA / System / StateMachine / Region
• Create a Mode
• Create a State aside. It shall be forbidden like on Capella.
