Saving popup migration not shown when opening sessionfrom Capella project explorer

The new popup asking user to save aird after an automatic migration has been done is not opened when session is opened from Capella Project Explorer.

Step to reproduce:

• open a capella
• import older IFE project
• ensure that the Sirius preference "Ask to save resources for migrations directly initiated by user" is checked.
• open the session from capella project explorer

KO no popup ask user to save after the migration has been done.
