Add information in Semantic Browser about the Active Elements (computed) in child states.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create state hierarchy: State1 <- State1_1 <- State1_1_1
  2. Allocate Function/Functional Chain/Capability to child states
  3. Parent states will display under Active Elements (computed) section in semantic browser all the Active elements in childs (recursive)
