I have Project->Library. And ProjectClass generalizing LibraryClass. I can now remove the Library from the Project. but the generalization keeps referencing LibraryClass, which is AFAIU not allowed in Capella. The ironic part is that EMF has no problem at all with this. I can close/reopen the project and everything works.
So.. it probably shouldn't be allowed to de-reference a library as long as the project still references elements from the library.
