[Move Elements] Stage viewer UI improvements

The stage viewer tree in the Transfer view sometimes collapses, and then it's hard to find which errors must still be resolved to continue with the move. We should

• Decorate element labels with child error count
• Add buttons to expand/collapse the tree
• Maybe buttons to navigate to elements with errors/backreferences.
