Export diagrams in PNG format #59

In some cases, the JPG format is not giving a good render. This depends on the image size (see https://polarsys.org/forums/index.php/t/756/).

The end-user must be able to select a image format like PNG.

In the docgen preferences, end-user can chose one of the following image file format: jpg, png, bnp and gif.
