filter Types and include necessary types when Requirements are imported. #6

In Capella Requirement VP, the Diff/Merge dialog should not display Types (they should be filtered) and when user merges an attribute its associated types should be merged also.

Types are now filtered in the Diff/Merge display and when an attribute is selected to be merged, its associated types are also merged.
