Forgot that one when moving to 76 : the MuEl triggers do not use the 'OR' between TkMu8 and IsoMu8, the 'DoubleIsoMu17Mu8_IsoMu8leg' should have been left. MuEl trigger efficiencies are dummy in the prod 2016-04-04.v0 . This PR fixes this bug.
