RSS Feed ticker #18

I think it would be cool to have an RSS feed customized to my liking (probably news and stocks) along the bottom of the screen, most likely. Maybe I can use dmenu or something to this extent.

I'd also like to be able to click on some of the items on the ticker and be taken to the relevant link/news article. This may be tricky.
