This has been an on and off project of mine, but I'd like to get surf set up as my default browser, if possible.

There are a few things that need to be done:

[ ] Creating a surf repository for all of my patches
[ ] Patching surf with chromebar feature
[ ] Figuring out how to use an adblocker on it
[ ] Make sure youtube videos work (I think this was an issue last time)
[ ] Figure out a password manager for it, similar to chrome's Password Manager
