Add new option 'random'. #6

The 'random' option shuffles the list of releases to create a random test order.

The idea of this option is to give a broader range of distributions a chance to get tested on (slow) smoke testers than just the new or (with reverse => 1) the old ones.

Thanks! Shipped to CPAN. There weren't any tests, so please try it out.

Sorry for that, I couldn't come up with an idea on how to test random order ...

so please try it out.

The patch itself has been running for ~2 weeks already on one of my smokers. I've now updated C::R::S on this machine, and so far it's still working. - Will shout in case I detect problems.

(Thanks also for adding the minimum version for List::Util, I was too confused when I stared at its Changelog.)
