Testers Stats are out-of-date #11

The http://stats.cpantesters.org site is showing data from July 2015. In order to help understand what platform/version combinations are well-covered and which platforms/versions could use some more testing, we need to have accurate statistics.

This is potentially a backend issue: The script that updates this data may not be running or may be encountering a problem. It may also be a configuration issue on the web app.

... and now it's not out-of-date. This is kind of bad... Perhaps there's some competing backend process generating an old version of the site?
